As a vendor or business partner you may also provide us personal information about yourself or your employees for purposes of your services to us or in furtherance of the relevant partner relationship.

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any Sensitive Personal Information to us (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background, or trade union membership).

Our Products and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals not provide Personal Information through our Products and Services.


We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:

To complete and fulfill your purchase, including, to communicate with you and provide you with related customer service.

If you use our Customer Forums, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information that you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums. We are not responsible for third-party use of the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the Customer Forums.


If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt-out of receiving future emails by clicking on the unsubscribe hyperlink at the bottom of the email, or by sending your request to WOO. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We employ commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Products and Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you to not share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (e.g., if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please notify us immediately.

Third-Party Links and Software

The Products and Services may link to content provided by other companies. This Privacy Policy does not address, and DataCloud is not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of third parties, including any third-party operating any sites and/or services to which the Products and Services contain a link or any other software developer, software provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer. The inclusion of a link within the Products and Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or our affiliates. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and learn about the privacy practices of those companies whose websites you choose to visit.

This Privacy Policy does not extend to third-party software, even if packaged by DataCloud or offered through an DataCloud web property. You should familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of the entity providing you with software that you might run in conjunction with our Products and Services.

Trans Border Data Flows

Our Products and Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States, and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using our website(s), product(s), and/or service(s), you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than in your country.

Collection, Use, and Disclose of Other Information

We also collect information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual ("Other Information"). Please note that we may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we will handle it the same as Personal Information, as well as for the purposes described below. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). Aggregated Personal Information. Aggregated Personal Information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Products and Services (e.g., we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of our users from each State).
